Three cylinder sand dryer machine working principle:

       Material from the material feeding device into the lining of the rotary drum, realize downstream drying, the material in the rotary dryer continuous raising by the lifting plate and scattering in a spiral rolling to heat exchange, by this way the material moving to the other side of the lining material into the middle, then realize counter flow drying, In the middle the material are constantly repeated raising  and scattering,Material is marching into two steps forward and one back,Material in the middle layer not only can  fully absorb heat coming from the inner cylinder, also can absorb the middle roller heat and prolong the drying time again at the same time, dry material in the best condition. When the material in the middle layer moving to the other side will dropping into outer layer. The material within the outer cylinder with rectangular loop travel , the dry material achieve the effect of drying under the action of hot air will moving fast discharge from dryer machine, the material which not reached drying effect can not moving fast because of itself weight, the wet material in the function of rectangular copy board will fully dry to finish drying process.

The three-cylinder sand dryer main characteristics

 1. This rotary dryer is  high technical content, the dryer body can keep warm by itself, the heat efficiency is reached 80%( single drum dryer only is 35%), it is saving coal 68% than single drum dryer, capacity improve 100%.

 2.The length is short 60% than single drum dryer, this is in favour of To process arrangement. This three cylinder dryer system reduce the architectural area of the plant,Save project investment is about 40%.

3.The rotary dryer is made of heat resistant wear resistant alloy steel plate, this alloy steel plate is 4 times than ordinary steel wear-resisting, the using time is longer,  maintenance is easy.

4.This dryer machine have a high heat efficiency,the outer drum body temperature is lower than 60℃ (single drum dryer body temperature is up to 150℃), exit temperature is low, the output material temperature is lower than 60℃.

5.Exit temperature is low, this is in favour to  dust removal equipment have a  long use time, also it can be directly supporting air box pulse bag filter.

6.Civil engineering investment to reduce 50%, power consumption reduced by 60%

7. this new design do not need the transmission of big and small gear,instead of riding wheel drive.

8.The heating course fuel can be coal, biomass, oil and natural gas.

 The heat source can use hand burning stove, coal gasifier,biomass burner,also this drying system can use gas burner,oil burner and others.
